Request a workspace export or deletion review

Workspace owners and managers can record a data request from Configure → Launch Center → Your workspace data, on your terms.

Workspace export

Choose Workspace export when you need a portable copy of workspace data for review, continuity, or migration planning. Add a note when you need a specific scope or date range.

The request is recorded with the tenant, requesting user, timestamp, scope, note, and status. A request is not the same as an instantly generated download; the review step prevents private customer or commerce data from being exposed to the wrong person.

Workspace deletion review

Choose Workspace deletion review to begin a deliberate deletion process. The Launch Center button records the request but does not immediately delete the tenant, conversations, customers, knowledge, connections, or audit records.

The review verifies authority, scope, legal or billing holds, applicable retention, and a safe completion plan before destructive processing. This protects teams from an accidental one-click workspace deletion.

Track the request

Recent requests remain visible in Launch Center with their type, date, note, and current status. Administrative changes are also retained in the tenant audit log.
