Each plan includes a generous number of team members. Additional active team members are $20 per month instead of requiring the entire workspace to move plans.

Can I connect Shopify and bring order data into conversations?+

Yes. Paid plans are designed for live ecommerce operations, with order, customer, product, tracking, and subscription context beside the ticket.
