Approval and promotion
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved partners must use accurate, current claims; clearly disclose material connections in endorsements; follow brand and creative guidance; and avoid spam, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, impersonation, or misleading incentives.
Attribution and commissions
Commission rates, attribution windows, qualifying events, recurring periods, and payment schedules become binding only in the written partner approval. Self-referrals, fraud, duplicate attribution, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and canceled accounts may be excluded or reversed.
Termination
Either party may end participation. klaxify may suspend links or payments while investigating fraud, legal risk, or program violations. Earned, validated commissions remain subject to the written approval terms.
