Install the Shopify connection
Open Connections → Shopify, enter the store’s .myshopify.com domain, and approve the requested access in Shopify Admin. Each organization installs and stores its own Shopify authorization.
The requested access supports reading products, customers, orders, returns, fulfillment context, and published store policies, plus the write operations used by enabled safety policies. klaxify does not execute a write merely because permission exists.
Review the Workspace IQ import
During IQ Setup, klaxify imports active products and published Shopify policies into a tenant-private review queue. The interview shows the imported policy text, product descriptions, source information, and current review state. Edit anything that is outdated and check only the information that is accurate.
Imported information remains a draft until a manager confirms it. Unchecked policies are not published to Workspace IQ, and products without a Shopify description must receive controlled facts in Product Intelligence before they can be confirmed.
Customers, orders, products, and policies are imported as separate protected batches. klaxify automatically reduces a GraphQL page and retries the same cursor when Shopify's calculated query cost is too high. Completed batches remain saved if a later batch needs to be retried.
Verify the connection
After installation, sync the store and open Orders. Select an order to view it in a modal. In the inbox, a matched customer shows Shopify identity, tags, recent orders, items, totals, tracking, and fulfillment state in the right panel.
Matching rules
klaxify matches a conversation to Shopify using verified customer identifiers and tenant-scoped records. Confirm the customer and order number before taking an action. If the wrong order appears, search or open another order rather than editing the displayed customer identity.
