Customers
Open Customers to browse people known to your workspace. Customer profiles combine contact details, conversation history, order counts, lifetime value, tags, and verified Shopify context. Open a related conversation to reply with that context already available.
Orders
Open Orders to search recent synchronized Shopify orders. Select an order number to open its details in a modal without leaving the page. From a Shopify-connected conversation, the right panel shows the current customer and order inline.
Use the inline controls to prepare a note, refund, cancellation, fulfillment, or shipping-address update. The requested action still follows live preflight validation and your workspace approval policy.
Products
Open Products to review Shopify products available as support context. Product facts and approved Knowledge Base material help AI agents and human teammates answer product questions. Keep health or safety claims in reviewed knowledge rather than relying on an unverified draft.
Subscriptions
Open Subscriptions to connect Loop Subscriptions, Recharge, or Appstle and synchronize live recurring-order context. The page shows the provider, product, status, next billing date, customer, and amount. It never fills an empty workspace with sample subscriptions that could be confused for real customer records.
Workspace owners can set pause, resume, skip, reschedule, product-swap, and cancellation actions to Manager approval, Automatic after validation, or Disabled. An unavailable provider action stays visibly unavailable. Every prepared action refreshes the provider state first, rejects stale or ineligible requests, prevents duplicates, and is marked complete only after a second provider read confirms the result.
Use Test connection after entering a provider API token and Sync subscriptions after adding or changing customers in Shopify. Provider tokens are encrypted, never shown again, and isolated to the current workspace. Review Approval and verification history or the workspace Audit Log to see who requested and approved each change and whether the provider confirmed it.
If recent data appears missing, sync the subscription provider rather than refreshing Shopify alone. Connections and commerce records are always scoped to the current organization.
